If a teacher needs to update their sections during the year, follow these steps to submit the changes to the HWCS team:
For Clever customers:
- Clever section changes will update every 24 hours
- If Clever sections aren’t updated in 24 hours, contact your Clever administrator (for your district).
For manual changes (non-Clever customers):
- Navigate to the Section's gradebook.
- Click Roster & Login from the 3 tabs shown under the Section URL at the top center of the page.
- Click the "Update My Roster" button in the upper righthand corner.
- Complete the Roster Change form.
NOTE: If you have 5 or more student updates, please email support (Contact Support button below) with the following information:
- Student Name(s)
- Name of the section they are currently in
- Action required per student:
- Create a new student and add them to this section
- Move a current student in this section to a different section
- Remove a student from this section
- Name of the section they need to be added to (if applicable)
- Any other information/details required to make the necessary changes
