How to connect to HWCS in Clever and share sections

‍How to connect and share district data with Hello World CS

Clever District Account:‍

1. Hello World CS will send an email invitation to the District Admin (Email Subject: “Set Up Hello World CS”)

2. District Admin can: 

• Click the “Accept Your Invitation” button in the email (which will redirect you to the invite in Clever)

      OR

• Log into the District’s Clever account (https://schools.clever.com/)  some text
  • Navigate to Dashboard >>> Applications Tab
  • Click on the “View Invite” link next to the Hello World Application
    
    

3. Review the application information - application name, detailed message and link to accept the invitation.

4. Click the “Accept” button to connect the District account with Hello World CS

5. Share data with the Hello World application via Guided Sharing or Standard Sharing.

• Guided Sharing - recommended for users new to Clever data sharing
• Standard Sharing - recommended for users comfortable with data sharing process in Clever
